Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach, cold calling, and targeted research. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our RPA products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our RPA solutions.Effectively communicate how our products meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on account development and sales growth opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the sales management team.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
