About the Role:
We're seeking an Inside Sales Manager (ISM) to lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) in our Bangalore office. The focus is on selling IT services to Healthcare and Life Sciences in North America. The ISRs, working in the US Eastern time zone, will generate qualified leads monthly. The ISM oversees the team and has individual lead generation targets. We seek a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to build and manage a high-performing ISR team, contributing directly to lead generation for IT Services in the North American Healthcare and Life Sciences market.
Working Model: Hybrid
Work Timings: Flexible Working Hours - Eastern Time-Zone
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a management/leadership function.
- Proven track record in selling IT services to the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Hands-on experience with relevant sales tool stack.
