Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Linux and AIX System Administration, both remotely and on-site. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide L1 and L2/basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas. - Configure services running on various platforms, operating within a defined operating model and processes. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux and AIX System Administration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Linux. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in AIX System Administration. - Strong understanding of operating system-level technology across all server and network areas. - Experience in providing hardware/software support and troubleshooting. - Ability to work within a defined operating model and processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Linux. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.Graduate/BTech, preferred to have recent RHCE certification and any Public Cloud certification
