Information Security and Compliance Lead

Title - Information Security Lead (Security Compliance)
Job Description:Experienced Information Security consultant in the IT domain; primarily in the area of Information Security & Privacy Management, Secure Software Development Life Cycle implementation, various regulatory Security and privacy compliance programs, and Risk Management.
Expectations (Desirable to have most) -Experience with designing, implementation, and maintaining the organisation's Security and privacy processes/procedures and technical controls.
Experience in working towards achieving the following security certifications but not limited to PCI, SOC2, HI-TRUST, CSA Star and ISO 27001 for small and mid-sized IT organisations.
Manage and conduct internal and external security audits as an auditor and an auditee.
Have experience in managing the security-related RFP responses.
Assist the management team and clients with Security and privacy-related queries/requirements
Manage internal and external audits specific to the Information Security. Drive and execute IT Risk Assessment & Mitigation efforts for organisation and third parties.
Work with software development and cloud hosting teams for secure development, deployment and configuration of software applications.
Design and run training programs at organisation level for secure software development, security & privacy awareness, business continuity and incident management.
To include secure practices and mitigation of vulnerabilities in different phases of SDLC designing, development and testing.
Collect requirement from BRD or FSD, to assess the impact on Security and define/modify software design scope.
Basic Qualifications:Any graduate or post graduate with relevant work experience.Ideally around 8+ years with minimum 3-5 years specifically in Information security.
