System Implementation: Lead or contribute to the implementation of Infor XA ERP system, including installation, configuration, and setup according to business requirements.

Customization and Development: Customize and develop solutions within the Infor XA environment to address specific business needs, including modifications to forms, reports, interfaces, and workflows.

Integration Management: Design and implement integrations between Infor XA and other enterprise systems such as CRM, MES, and BI platforms, using standard integration methodologies and tools.

Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), ensuring data integrity and consistency throughout the process.

Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and technical team members, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and technical team members, empowering them to utilize Infor XA effectively.

Stay Updated: Stay informed about updates, patches, and new features released by Infor related to XA, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on the ERP system.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)

Proven experience (X years) working with Infor XA ERP system, including installation, configuration, customization, and support.

Strong technical skills in RPG/ILE programming language, CL programming, and DB2 database management within an IBM i (AS/400) environment.

Experience with development tools and technologies such as RPG Free, SQL, Query/400, DDS, and DFU.

Knowledge of integration methodologies and tools such as Infor ION, XML, EDI, and web services.

Familiarity with Infor XA modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, and Distribution.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
