- We are looking for a Clinical Psychologist (M.Phil, Clinical Psychology) to counsel people, supervise and build quality protocols, develop and help in delivering self-help modules for various developmental programs, workshops etc.
Responsibilities
- Providing Counselling to clients (Chat/Telephonic/F2F)
- Becoming the quality gatekeeper (Supervision/Quality Reviews)
- Handling red flag cases (suicidal tendencies)
- Training Experts and setting protocols for quality counseling on the platform
- Creating/ Supervising various self-help modules
Requirement
- MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI license)
- Belief in the effectiveness of online counselling
- Great Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to organise and design programs
- A good network of psychologists is a major plus
