• Provide detailed reports on sea shipment arrivals to the management.• Ensure accuracy and completeness of import documentation.• Coordinate with outbound suppliers through effective communication channels.• Manage day-to-day activities related to inbound logistics for smooth operations.• Utilize strong drafting skills for the preparation of official letters.• Work closely with Customs house agents to facilitate the import clearance process.• Demonstrate proficiency in English and Hindi for effective communication.• Track and follow up on couriers, maintaining a proactive approach.• Issue cargo/container insurance through online portals.• Utilize computer skills to manage tasks using MS Office packages.• Understand and execute the annual FSSAI return filing process.• Apply knowledge of Import and clearance procedures to streamline operations.
Requirements
• Generating Daily Reports: Provide daily reports to the management regarding sea shipment arrivals.• Import Documentation: Ensure error-free import documentation.• Supplier Coordination: Handle outbound suppliers through emails or phone calls.• Inbound Logistics Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day activities related to inbound logistics.• Drafting Skills: Possess strong drafting skills for official letters.• Customs Clearance Coordination: Coordinate with Customs house agents throughout the import clearance process.• Language Skills: Proficient in English and Hindi (compulsory).• Courier Tracking: Track couriers and follow up with suppliers accordingly.• Insurance Processing: Issue cargo/container insurance from the online portal.• Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office packages.• FSSAI Return Filing: Understand the annual FSSAI return filing process.• Import and Clearance Procedures: Possess knowledge of Import and clearance procedures.
