  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to comprehend business requirements and oversee configuration tasks.
  • Master the creation and deployment of intricate JSON-based configurations for new financial institutions from the ground up.
  • Develop and execute quality assurance checkpoints within your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely results.
  • Demonstrate ownership of your team's business outcomes by formulating and guiding training and execution plans.
  • Monitor and influence key metrics and operational efficiencies.
  • Solve issues ranging from routine to complex.
  • Establish robust working relationships and strategic partnerships to promote initiatives and gain support across various functions.
  • Design and implement tools that enhance quality, security, and productivity.
  • Keep track of progress and provide updates on the overall implementation process.
  • Collaborate closely with the Development and other teams to ensure client satisfaction and on-schedule delivery.
  • Ensure strict adherence to security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Typically, a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL, including a deep understanding of database design and query languages related to enterprise software configuration, installation, and debugging.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, hardware configuration, and network troubleshooting, with a valuable skill set in packet analysis.
  • Experience in configuring and deploying web services.
  • A good understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end concepts is advantageous.
  • Experience in data migration is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Python and other scripting languages.
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
  • Keen attention to detail, outstanding follow-through, and the ability to prioritize, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in the financial services sector.
  • Experience with enterprise software is preferred.
