Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Madurai for an IELTS Trainer. The IELTS Trainer will be responsible for conducting IELTS training sessions, creating lesson plans, evaluating and providing feedback to students, and preparing students for the IELTS exam. The IELTS Trainer will also monitor student progress, adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs, and provide guidance and support to help students improve their English language skills.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent speaking, writing, and communication skills
- IELTS band score of 7.0 or above
- Prior experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor
- Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format and scoring criteria
- Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse groups of students
- Patient, positive, and encouraging teaching style
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- TESOL or CELTA certification is a plus
- Experience working with international students is a plus
