Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students preparing for the IELTS speaking exam
2. Assess students' speaking abilities and identify areas for improvement
3. Develop customized lesson plans and materials tailored to individual student needs and proficiency levels
4. Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary usage, fluency, and coherence
5. Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to engage students and maximize learning outcomes
6. Help students familiarize themselves with the format, structure, and requirements of the IELTS speaking test
7. Administer practice speaking tests to simulate real exam conditions and assess progress
8. Motivate and encourage students to overcome challenges and achieve their target scores
9. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the IELTS exam and incorporate relevant updates into teaching practices
10. Maintain accurate records of students' progress and performance
