AddressJob Summary:
The face and voice of Automation within the organization. The IA CoE Lead will be expected to operate at and with all levels and departments within the organization to drive the Automation agenda.
The IA CoE Lead will be based out of Ahmedabad, India and will report to the new Continuous Improvement Tower Lead.
They will work closely with our IT organization, internal business, CI teams, platform teams, third-party partners and vendors and internal development and support teams to lead and coordinate automation initiatives.
They are responsible for the overall strategy, vision and operating model for Automation within Kraft Heinz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic vision for the Automation CoE
- Drive engagements with KHC business functions
- Own the operating model for the delivery of high quality and consistent automated processes in line with operational requirements
- Drive greater understanding of the roles and services provided by the Automation capability through product demonstrations, operating model presentations and demand generation workshops.
- Act as an approver in multiple instances such as team changes, role user access, licensing, DAB decisions etc.
- Communicate with controllers in regard to potential Compliance and Governance issues
- Ensure AA Licenses are in place
- Own vendor Relationships
- Ensure environment is running and all applications are readily available.
- Liaison with KHC IT and Architecture teams for decision making related to any new Architecture set-up for Automation processes in regular DAB meetings.
- Keep abreast of planned changes and initiatives in the wider business which may affect systems and processes
- Communicate Automation successes across the organization
