As an HR intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team across a spectrum of functions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Recruitment and Selection: Drafting comprehensive job descriptions. Managing job postings and screening resumes. Coordinating interview schedules and participating in selection processes
2. Employee Records Management: Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in maintaining employee records
3. Onboarding and Orientation: Coordinating activities for a smooth onboarding process. Facilitating a positive experience for new hires during their integration into the organization
4. Training and Development: Scheduling training sessions and organizing materials. Tracking employee participation in training initiatives
5. Administrative Support: Handling various administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents and drafting internal communications. Maintaining and updating HR databases
6. Employee Engagement: Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. Contributing to fostering a positive and inclusive company culture
