Job description

HR's daily tasks revolve around Six main areas:
1. **Recruitment and Hiring**: Posting job listings, assessing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers to qualified candidates in collaboration with hiring managers.
2. **Onboarding and Orientation**: Guiding new hires through orientation sessions to familiarize them with company policies, procedures, and culture, ensuring they feel prepared and welcomed.
3. **Employee Relations**: Handling conflict resolution, grievance addressing, and cultivating a positive work environment by mediating disputes, offering counseling, and advocating fairness and respect.
4. **Policy Development and Compliance**: Crafting and updating policies to align with legal requirements and organizational objectives, while staying informed on employment laws for risk mitigation and workplace safety.
5. **Employee Engagement and Satisfaction**: Organizing morale-boosting activities, recognizing achievements, and gathering feedback through surveys to enhance overall employee experience and foster engagement.
6. **Record-Keeping and Documentation**: Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal data, evaluations, attendance, and training, while ensuring compliance with privacy laws and facilitating access for administrative and legal needs.
