Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Human Resources by ensuring the whole process of Employee Engagement Survey and promote a unified company culture.
- Prepare timely HR MIS, JCI Audits, 360 Degree Audits, Energy Audits, Legal Audits etc.
- Monthly HR MIS and Dashboard related to Total Manpower Headcount, New joined Staff, Recruitments, Staff Separations & Exit Interview Analysis.
- Managing Annual Operating Plan for HR
- Ensure Induction Trainings including Income Tax Declarations
Payroll -
- Ensure Doctors, DNB's attendance update till verification
- Payroll Input Working (Resign, Variable Earning, Variable Deduction, Recurring Deduction, New Loan, Loan for closer)
- Hostel deduction & Security deduction and Return working
- Variable Earning Working (Overtime, On call, Night Allowance & Other Allowances Pharmacy Chemo Allowance)
- Various Deduction collect in Finance, Telecom, Transport, ID Card Deduction, Meal Deduction, Benevolent Fund, Labor Welfare Fund Deduction, Finance Deduction)
- Corporate Liasioning Regarding Payroll
- Bonus Working + LTA Working + Leave Encashment Working
- To ensure entire Full & Final Settlement process
- To ensure entire Apprentice payroll process
- Ensure ER Return, LWF Return, Contractors Bill checking and process, Contractors compliances checking, Contractors Agreements checking, Contractors Head count Making
- EPFO EDLI Audit Challan.
- Co ordinate with Lawyer for Pending Legal Case (link removed)>
Talent Acquisition
- Ensure Important Gaps to be filled.
- Should be hands on with recruitment process like - sourcing of cv's through naukri, LinkedIN, Scheduling Interviews, sending offer letter, Probation confirmation, PMS, Exit
