We are looking for aspirants who intend to build their careers in the field of HR
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.,
Interviewing applicants - via virtual platforms and conducting on-site interviews.
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Maintain candidate databases
Contributes to other HR and engagement activities
Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices
Knowledge of HR functions and concepts, passionate to build their career in the HR field
Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role shall be preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
