Job description

Summary Description: As an HR summer intern, you would perform various human resources tasks, often focusing on recruitment, hiring, and benefits. Youll play an active role in the onboarding of new employees, reviewing benefits and other programs, explaining policies, and ensuring all necessary enrollment paperwork is completed properly. Youll also be responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable regulations and will be involved in recruitment initiatives, training programs, and grievance resolution.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with recruitment processes
2. Capturing employee data, work records, and payroll information
3. Ensuring smooth employee onboarding and offboarding
4. Organizing training activities, meetings, and in-house events
5.Contacting candidate references and verifying applicant information
6. Managing HR records, including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
7. Issuing employment contracts and verifying completion
8. Assisting in employee grievance redressal
9. Organizing employee engagement events
Requirements:

3. Good organizational skills
4. Empathy and approachability
5.Proven ability to multitask with minimum supervision
