JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Designation: HR Recruiter (US Logistics)
- Education: MBA
- Experience: 0.6 months to 3 years
- Job location: Mohali, Delhi
- Package: 25-40k
- Full time, Work from Office
Mandatory skills:
- Dedicated & Passionate towards work
- Excellent English speaking skills
- Must be capable to close 4-5 open positions of experienced Freight Brokers every month.
- Stability (Long Term Association)
- Must be committed towards the work.
- Patience and flexibility
- Eager to learn new things
- Must be comfortable to work in a startup
- Good convincing skills
- Team Player
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and processing candidates
- Updating job ads through various methods.
- Must be capable to do 4-5 hiring of Experienced Freight Brokers, Team leaders and Operation Managers in every month.
- Handle the Job portals and update the status of candidates.
- Manage all the Data in MS Excel to increase productivity and save time.
- Handle the new challenges, help to build the startup and increase the revenue 2X.
- Direct reporting to HR Head or Director.
- Identifying future hiring needs.
- Professionally making of job descriptions and CV update.
- Confer with management to assess and identify HIRING needs.
- Execute new recruitment plans to get instant and better results.
- Source the most suitable and relevant candidates to fill positions asap.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned searches.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruitment.
- Scheduling interviews and checking references
- Must be capable to negotiate with the selected candidates on the package.
