Role

• Participate in the recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening potential candidates through telephonic/ virtual preliminary assessments
• Hands on experience of sourcing potential candidates from various job portals, social media platform essential
• Coordination for interview schedule with the stakeholders and candidates
• Create, build and maintain networks of potential talent pipeline to fill future anticipated and planned roles
• Participate in post selection offer roll out and post joining onboarding process
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System will be an added advantage
