Should be very strong in Social media recruiting. Should have a minimum of 1000+ linked-in connections. Should be able to place candidates in Gulf Counties and European countries ( From start to finish) Should be well versed in Hindi and English. Proven work experience as a Recruiter in a staffing agency. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.) and onboarding. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.) Familiarity with HR databases in Excel or any Candidate Management SystemsHiring excellent individuals who align with the organization’s culture.
