We are Hiring for HR Admin (Benefits Admin) Associate / HR Admin (Compensation Admin) / HR Admin (Performance Management Admin)/HR Payroll or US Payroll: Designation – Process Specialist. Qualification – Any Graduate Experience – 1-3 Years of experience Location – Bangalore Shifts – Rotational Shifts. Interview Type - Walk-In. Job description: The Benefit Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of employee benefits programs for the clients. This includes processing enrollment and claims, maintaining employee records, and providing support to the clients. Process Benefits transactions which may include: o Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations. o Process employee benefit claims, including medical, dental, vision, and disability claims. o Maintain all employee benefit records, including eligibility information, enrollment elections, and claims history. o Provide support to clients employees and managers on benefit-related questions and issues. o Administer the state health benefits and flexible benefits Annual/Open enrollment. o Administered the US FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements. o Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols o Maintain service level agreements The Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of employee compensation activities. This includes maintaining employee compensation records, and providing support to employees and managers compensation transaction in HRMS system. Transaction processing that are include below activities: o Mass Load Compensation & Performance Data In HRIS for Annual Salary o Update Compensation Adjustments (Merit Increase) o Administer & process changes to compensation as and when required o Compliance Reporting support o Process/Update bonus data in the system o Reporting on bonus payout o Handle Employee Inquiries o Expat Set UP/Changes, Expat Payroll & Tax Support o Publish Ad hoc & Scheduled reports o Maintain service level agreements The Performance Management Administrator (PMA) is responsible for supporting the performance management transaction processing across the organization.
