Job Description

The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, handling administrative duties, maintaining files and records, and executing the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, coupled with a background in Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management:

    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow.

    • Organizing and maintaining files and records systematically.

    • Handling administrative duties such as preparing internal memos/notices.

  • Logistical Arrangements:

    • Making travel and guest arrangements, ensuring convenience.

    • Managing office inventory and preparing Purchase Orders as needed.

  • Recruitment Process:

    • Collecting and understanding the job description of new recruitments.

    • Full execution of the recruitment process, including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, and maintaining regular communication with candidates.

    • Managing the posting of job vacancies on optimal recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream/Diploma/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management.

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in HR & Admin roles.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively within all levels of the organization.

  • Good organization and planning skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
