Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Housekeeping Supervisor role, located in Ahmedabad. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be managing a team, performing housekeeping duties, ensuring guest satisfaction, and monitoring inventory.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team effectively, training and development, team building, and conflict resolution
- Housekeeping: Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures, equipment and tools, and inventory management
- Laundry: Knowledge of laundry processes, equipment and chemicals
- Customer Service: Communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle guest complaints, and attention to detail
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to write reports and instructions, and fluency in English and local language(s)
- Experience in facility management or hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management or a related field is an advantage
- Certified in Housekeeping from an accredited institution is an advantage
