Job summary
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.To manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel.Including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation.

Responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient running of the department.• Maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas.• Manage the laundry and dry-cleaning operation, including hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.• Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.• Implement Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.• Problem solve and handle administrative tasks.• Effectively communicate with staff and guests.• Train and motivate the housekeeping team.• Manage budgets and control costs.• Oversee any maintenance or repairs needed within the department.
Requirements
• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred.• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.• Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to meet employee, guest, and owner expectations.• Knowledge of Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.• Budgeting and cost control experience.• Flexibility to handle any maintenance or repair needs within the department.• Understanding of laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
