- Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all amenities and supplies in guest rooms are replenished.
- Pay meticulous attention to cleanliness and presentation, striving for impeccable standards.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the appropriate department.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with housekeeping services.
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to meet guest needs.
