- The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the organization
- They are responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Maintain and update office records, including employee records, inventory, and office supplies
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Manage office equipment and ensure they are in good working condition
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of office supplies and services
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops
- Support HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in maintaining office security and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
