- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently handling the arrival and departure process for guests.

- Reservation Management: Managing room reservations, ensuring accuracy, and handling cancellations or modifications.

- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting guests with information.

- Payment Handling: Processing payments, handling cash, and ensuring accurate billing.

- Information Hub: Serving as a source of information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.

- Phone and Email Communication: Answering calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

- Key Management: Distributing room keys and maintaining security by verifying guest identities.

- Problem Resolution: Addressing and resolving guest complaints or concerns promptly.

- Lobby Management: Ensuring the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and organized.

- Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of guest information, transactions, and room availability.

- Upselling: Promoting additional services or upgrades to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
