1. Front Office Operations: Assist in the check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Learn and utilize the hotel's reservation system
2. Housekeeping Management: Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are well-maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. Assist in inventory management of housekeeping supplies
3. Food and Beverage Service: Support the food and beverage team in daily operations. Gain exposure to restaurant and banquet service
4. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events hosted at the hotel. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless event operations
5. Guest Relations: Address guest concerns and feedback in a professional manner. Work on initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction
6. Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry. Prepare reports as needed
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a Hotel Management or related program
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
4. Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
5. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
6. Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices
