Job Summary
Manage the daily operations at Amarnath Satva Farms LLP, focusing on natural and Organic Farming. Lead the team to grow crops, care for animals, and ensure guests are happy. Keep everything running smoothly and help explore new, sustainable farming methods.
Responsibilities
- Farm Human Resource Management
- Manpower Scheduling & Management
- Property Maintenance Management
- Timely planning, sowing and management of crop/tree plantation
- Timely production of Seedlings via Manpower Scheduling
- Detailed Crop/Vegetable Sowing/Maintenance Records
- Timely/Cost Effective Harvest Management
- Detailed Crop Harvest Records
- Dairy/Gaushala Management
- Detailed record of animals on farm
- Safe storage of produce and record keeping
- Timely Processing of Produce
- Documented Research & Experimentation in farming techniques
- Overlooking daily sale of perishable produce with record maintenance
- Overlooking Cottage maintenance
- Welcoming guests and giving them an introduction/ showaround of the farm
- Being available for additional help that guests might require
- Conducting basic workshop on Natural Farming
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree (preferably in agriculture)
Experience
- Hands-on experience in natural and Organic Farming methods
- Labor/Personell Management
- Experience in Customer Relations
- Property/Office Administration
Technology Literacy
- MS Office/ Excel/ Google Spreadsheets
- Good Computer Literacy
- Smartphone and Mobile Apps
- Apps for farming/ hospitality
