Knowledge/Skills required:
● Minimum of 3+ years of Oracle in employee data management
● Overall work experience of 3+ years within HR operations

● Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to create simple solutions

● Manufacturing industry experience with exposure to unions/organized labor
Educational Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in human resource administration
