Responsibilities -Â
- Developing payment plans, locating debtors (US Customers) in order to begin the recovery process, and negotiating debt payments.
- To negotiate payment settlements on recoverable debt.
- U.S Collections
- Minimum 1 year of International BPO - Collections/Retentions experience mandatory in 3rd Party Collections Process.
Other Details -Qualification - HSC +Â1 year of International BPO - Collections/Retentions experience mandatory in 3rd Party Collections Process
Days of Working - Mon-Friday workingDays Off - Sat + Sun Fixed offÂSystem will be providedÂÂU.S Night Shift
Work Timings - 10 hours shift between the shift window (6:30pm to 10:30am)
Location - Mumbai
Salary Details - Upto Rs.40,000 Gross + Rs.5,000 Transport Allowance + Incentives
