AddressKey Responsibilities:
Visit hotspots and meet riders who can join Delhivery
Explain salary and payment details to the riders and convince them to join Delhivery as rider
Conduct field activities like poster sticking and pamphlet distribution to generate leads
Help newly joined riders to escalate and resolve their challenges for better retention.
Keep track of competitor rates and revise partner rates accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must:
Prior experience in rider hiring, field sales, mobile network sales, field operations, business development, or offline marketing.
Fluency in Telegu/Hindi.
Willingness and ability to continuously do field work
Ability to operate smartphone
