Objective: To Lead the Supply Chain Finance function of a Cluster managing 6-7 factories
Location: Bidadi Plant / Ameenpur Plant
1. Help Cluster Finance Head through focus on performance management processes, Cost opportunities and support business through Financial Planning, productivity initiatives and effective capital management to deliver results
2. Ensure highest level of Service to Sales by effective partnering in S&OP
3. Maintain healthy control environment in all the plants in the cluster
4. Ensure healthy business relationship is maintained with co-packers

Job Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning: Drive the business planning and Rolling Estimates process and develop alternative business case scenarios to assist Cluster Management in improving the Key Business Indicators. Coordinating with Cluster Leadership team for delivery of plans through proactive solutions and risk management.
2. Thought Leadership, Business Analysis & Decision Support: Work with the Cluster Leadership Team on long term business solutions including infrastructure, Cost optimisation and efficiency in operations considering changes in external environment including regulatory framework.
3. Co-pack management: - Working with co-packers in the cluster to ensure smooth business relationship along with driving compliance to terms of the agreement along with cost optimisation opportunities.
4. Service to Sales:- Actively participate with supply chain team to ensure highest level of delivery on all the parameters relating to Service to Sales
5. S&OP Process :- Actively participate in S&OP process along with planning team to optimise sourcing cost and reduce inventory carrying cost and product/material losses.
6. Internal Controls and Compliance: Maintain strong internal control, inventory and asset control and governance; support the internal and external audit teams in carrying out the audits; review the audit reports and take necessary action steps for better compliance. Ensures compliance with Chart of Authority and all applicable company policies
7. Capital & Project Management (Approx. 200 Crore+ Annual Spend): Optimize the Capital spends as well as help drive asset utilization in the cluster to enhance ROIC. Work with Cluster Heads in ensuring the capital deployed yielding results as per commitments in RFA
8. Business Analysis: Identify and work on opportunities of Cost control/Savings; track rolling estimates; analyze line efficiencies, asset utilisation, yields and other productivity parameters to achieve optimum production cost; leverage key backend execution metrics for optimum financial results.
9. Sustainability Initiatives: Ensure robust process control around sustainability initiative reporting
10. Process & Service Improvements: Take initiative and actively support and participate in operational excellence, zero based work and company initiatives to improve the processes efficiencies and cost optimisation. Enhance functional efficiency and service levels through effective support and utilization of Business Shared Services (BSS).
11. People Management: Participate in the career planning, Training and Development of finance associates in order to ensure effective engagement of associates and good bench strength.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications: CA or its equivalent
Experience: 10-15 years.

- Knowledge of the Beverage industry manufacturing and distribution process along with cost built up and factors influencing these costs
