Roles & Responsibilities
• Attend calls assigned by Service Desk.
• Ensure calls are resolved within SLA
•Collaborate and manage vendor support.
• Willing to extend standard working hours whenever applicable to ensure IT services are up and running.
• Incident and Change Request support to users.
Skillset Required
• Minimum 4 Years of Experience in IT End User Support.•• Basic understanding of LAN networking, knowledge of cable crimping and basic troubleshooting. Experienced in handling End Point computers.• Proven verbal and written professional communication in English.
