Duties and Responsibilties
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, online chat or Ticketing portal
- Montitoring the networks and other services at client end
- Helping customer solving there technuical issues includes software, network and desktop.
- Guiding customers through the problem-solving process
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
- Fixing technical problems
- Managing user accounts, such as creating accounts, assigning permissions, or resetting passwords
