Job description

As a Help Desk Support, the core responsibility is to provide technical assistance and support to clients.


Qualifications:


  • Good English communication
  • Able to work in night Shift


Duties and Responsibilties


  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, online chat or Ticketing portal
  • Montitoring the networks and other services at client end
  • Helping customer solving there technuical issues includes software, network and desktop.
  • Guiding customers through the problem-solving process
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
  • Fixing technical problems
  • Managing user accounts, such as creating accounts, assigning permissions, or resetting passwords
