Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and cultural fit. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, healthcare associations, and industry professionals to expand the candidate pool. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance in the recruitment process. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Familiarity with healthcare Recruiter roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
