AddressPENNEP is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of information technology and software development principles. The Healthcare Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with our business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements for technology projects.
Responsibilities- Interpret Healthcare Business needs and issues by gathering, eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating technical and functional requirements for healthcare IT systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, including end-users, managers, executives, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders, to ensure that requirements are well-defined and documented in a clear and organized manner.
- Manage project stakeholders, roadmap, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, constraints.
- Manage project and product backlogs.
- Participate in requirements analysis and verification sessions, development sessions, and design reviews to ensure that design meets user requirements.
- Facilitate status, planning, retrospective meetings.
- Assist implementation team and design team with requirements clarifications and questions.
- Provide demo sessions to project stakeholders.
- Client feedback management.
- Implement practices and procedures for end-user test plans, identify gaps in requirement adherence, and coordinate appropriate action through issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, develop solutions and workarounds, and provide guidance and training to healthcare application end-users.
- Creation of User Guidelines documents
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing
- Monitor and report project status to identify and mitigate risks and ensure quality and timely deliverables.
- Monitor healthcare data quality, integrity, and security.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience with healthcare data management and governance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
A Bachelor s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
