Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter who will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily dining room operations of our resort. The Head Waiter will ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests, maintain a high level of customer service, and supervise the dining room staff.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills
- Experience in food and beverage service
- Experience in food service and cooking preferred
- Knowledge of proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Leadership skills and ability to supervise a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
