Responsibilities
• Develop and articulate a compelling vision for the school, aligned with the school's mission and goals.• Provide leadership in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and educational programs to enhance student learning outcomes.• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes a supportive learning environment for both students and staff.• Lead and manage teaching and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.• Identify and pursue opportunities for growth and improvement, staying abreast of educational trends and innovations.• Implement and enforce policies that ensure the safety and well-being of students.• Address disciplinary issues effectively and work with staff to create a positive and respectful school climate.• Foster positive relationships with parents, community members, and local organizations.• Act as a spokesperson for the school, participating in community events and promoting the school's achievements.
Requirements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience is an essential requirement for this position.• Understanding of cross-curriculum teaching methodologies.• Confidence in skills to cater to multi-level classroom learning.• Ability to serve students' academic and emotional needs.• Well-spoken English and good with computers.• Aware of the benefits and usage of all digital mediums for daily school functioning.• Professionalism, passion, enthusiasm, strong leadership skills, team player, creativity, and bringing your own unique personality to inspire the students and the team.• Happy to go above and beyond to be a part of a new-age holistic schooling system.• Diploma in Education OR B.Ed OR equally relevant degree.
