Pre requisites
- Excellent communication Skills. Fluency in English/Hindi
- Smart personally with ability to carry himself in style
- Person with desire and passion for events and glam industry.
- Ability and confidence to speak to all cadres of people
- Fluency in use of MS-Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Ability to plan and execute organisations goals
- Ability to handle targets
- Familiar with use of social media for marketing and promotion
Job Role
- Tap our target market of large luxury venues/5 stars/Banquets via regular visits
- Build relations with Indias leading Wedding Planners ,event managers and caterers
- Prepare and present company presentation to potential clients
- Maintain Broadcast lists with Target market
- Maintain proper records of all prospect lists and client communication
- Negotiate and close deals
- Coordinate with operations to ensure Delivery exceeds expectations
Desirable Traits
- Passion to travel and ability to work late night as norm with industry
- Ability to drive Motorbike and Car ( personal vehicle preferred)
- Ability to thick out of box and contribute in company strategic plan
Targets and Incentives
- Candidate who maintain company parameters listed below will get best in class incentives from the company
- Meetings conducted Daily and weekly average
- Reviews from clients and guests
- Presentations and proposals sent weekly
- Quarterly revenue closure
- Candidates who stay with the company beyond 2 years will be entitled ESOPS
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
