Form of workWe have been mandated to hire a Head Risk – Retail Unsecured Assets for one of India's leading Banks based out of Mumbai.
Keen to connect with candidates with good experience from Banks, NBFCs and Fin-Techs with prior experience in Risk of Credit Cards and understanding of Underwriting.
The incumbent would be responsible for:
- Formulating and implementing the comprehensive risk management strategy for the Retail segment, enabling the establishment of a robust policy and procedural framework.
- Designing and deploying processes and surveillance mechanisms to ensure efficient fraud management, with a particular focus on transaction-oriented products such as Credit Cards.
- Establishing and leading a team of seasoned, senior risk managers, overseeing a workforce of over 100 employees to effectively manage underwriting volumes and application processes.
- Enhancing risk management practices within the retail segment and facilitating the development of a resilient platform for refining and augmenting the credit reporting and monitoring infrastructure.
- Contributing to the introduction of revenue-generating initiatives and expansion of portfolio offerings.
