Roles & Responsibilities
Review of engineering & execution drawing; highlighting gaps & ensuring completeness.Planning, co-ordination, Fabrication and erection of pot shell, pot superstructure, Bus Bar and Riser for Potline.Complying safety, quality, governance and project schedule under EPC/non-EPC Environment.Periodic progress reviews, highlighting delays & deviation, catch-up plan, resource and manpower requirements.Timely and safe completion of fabrication and erection activities within specified schedule.Periodic progress reviews, highlighting delays & deviation, catch-up plan, resource and manpower requirements.Overall Responsibility for delivery of Projects in the accountable domain.
Key attributes of the candidate:
BE/B-TECH in Mechanical Engineering with 10 + years of relevant experience.Project experience specially in EPC/Non-EPC Environment.Project/O&M experience in Fabrication/Welding jobs shall be given preference.Knowledge in relevant IS Standards and best engineering & erection practices followed in the industry.Knowledge of various Welding methodology and process.Knowledge & exposure to project planning & tracking tools like MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, Auto-CAD, documentation managementKnowledge & exposure to ERP and commercial processes.
