Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Handling Litigations and Assessments of the company including filing of appeal petition and replies to notices from authorities
• Managing all compliances including supervising of filing of returns compliances in GST
• Ensuring TDS /TCS all other income tax compliances
• Handling Tax Audit & ITR
• Supervising GST Annual Return / Reco
• Support in statutory audit (MAT, DTA computation, GST reco etc.)
• Examining new transaction model/contracts from tax point of view
• Implementing changes brought in both DT and IDT and getting the system prepared
• Ensuring GST Vendor reconciliation to minimise Input credit loss
• Handling Vendor / Customer / Cross Departmental queries
• Handling queries in respect of e-waybill, e-invoicing
• Timely issuance of Way bills if required
• Periodical checking of applicable GST rates
• Handling VAT/CST Assessments, Handling Tax disputes litigations,
• Liasioning with external consultants
• Generation and computation of liability
• Prepare data for assessments, submissions, notices and returns
• Handling Direct Tax matters
• Computation of Taxable Income, MAT, Deferred Tax liability
• Handling Direct Tax Compliance (like ITR filing, TDS return filing, application for LDC etc.) and
• preparation of Tax Audit Report
• Liasioning with Income Tax Officers
• Proficient with Accounting, Deferred Tax Calculations
• Handling of Litigation
