Job Description -

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Research and Development (R&D) Head specializingin Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our forward-thinking team. As an R&D Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic and mechanical engineering, proven leadership in R&D projects, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to R&D projects focused on the integration of robotics and AI technologies.
• Actively contribute to STEM education initiatives, both internally and externally.
• Contributed to PCB design and hardware assembly processes, ensuring the production of reliable electronic systems.
• Gained hands-on experience in component soldering and assembly techniques.
• Assisted in hardware coding tasks, enhancing familiarity with Arduino and embedded programming.
• Collaborated with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues, ensuring product quality.
• Develop and implement R&D strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and assess emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor 's or Master 's in Electronics, Mechatronics, AI and Robotics, or related fields.
• Proven track record with a minimum of 3 years in R&D.
• Strong technical acumen in Electronics, AI, and Robotics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
