Drive Worlds Best Quality in Jewellery with best in class processes implementation at the shop floor. Led a team of internal and external quality auditors to ensure the products are being audited on time with all the necessary protocols as per SOPs. Keeping up-to-date with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conducting supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. IGI, GIA certified will be added advantage.

• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues and deviations from standards
• Analyzing data and performance metrics to assess quality trends and develop improvement initiatives
• Leading quality improvement projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• End to End Product Knowledge (Jewellery All Categories) is a must
• Proven experience in quality management or a related role, with a minimum of 8+ years experience in jewellery industry
• In-depth knowledge of Quality management systems, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
• Strong understanding of Quality control principles, statistical analysis, and process improvement techniques
• Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
