M.Sc Nursing with 10 years of experience in Geriatric care
Candidate should be disciplined and high on integrity
Should not be temperamental and thorough in man management skills
He / She should be sound in visitor management and resident relatives handling
He / She should be excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Should be strong in administrative skills
He / She should be with sound family background and close staying near the Care home
Should be creative in approach
Sound record keeping and inventory management
· Should be well articulate in English both written and spoken
· Should be technically sound
· Should have adequate knowledge of geriatric disorders
· Should be a strong manager of base level staff
· Should have empathy and not shirk outdoor work like going on a visit, take a resident for check up and or hospital in emergency for treatment and admission
· Ability to effectively talk to elders and family members
· Strong documentation and record keeping skills
· Ability to bind the team and members of Admin wing like Housekeeping, servers and cooks
· Be able to adjust schedule based on requirement at site
· Adjust to work needs
· Be in a position to shift close to care home and able to come at odd hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
