AddressHead of Loyalty for Fintech
You are responsible for:
- Lead the Loyalty Program of the largest marketplace retailer
- Redesign and influence behaviour at massive scale of online customers.
- Launch a subscription tier of Loyalty
- Externalise Supercoins as the largest reward currency in the country.
- Drive the Loyalty program towards a sustainability
- Designing & taking the loyalty structure to the platform
- Monetization from Brand, Sellers & Fintech Partners
- Responsible for for performance of the program within... and in the ecosystem
You should have:
- Understanding of global operating models of loyalty and ability to think outside in.
- Design thinking and ability to design program's at scale.
- Understanding of Fintech space is preferable
- Ability to work with tech and engineering to get consumer products built
- P&L Mgmt Skills
- Lead a team of 20-25 people, groom and develop them
