Job Description:
- Lease all office and back area spaces inside and outside the terminal.
- Coordinate and work closely with Airline partners, ground handlers and other agencies to understand their requirement and get the best commercial rates from them.
- Work with real estate team to make a strategy for commercial leasing over the next 5 years.
- Prepare appropriate leasing documentation along with the legal team.
- Work closely with the program and construction team on all commercially leasable and government agency areas within the terminal for smooth handover.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in leasing with a minimum of 5 years in office leasing.
