Address- As The Head of Content Writing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy. - Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and lead the content strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's brand, goals, and target audience.
2. Manage and mentor a team of content writers, setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
3. Ensure all content produced is of high quality, adheres to brand guidelines, and aligns with the company's messaging and tone.
4. Lead the creation of various types of content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, eBooks, and more, ensuring they meet the standards for accuracy, clarity, and creativity.
5. Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and product, to gather insights and ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and strategies.
6. Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate best practices into content creation, improving search engine visibility and driving organic traffic.
7. Use analytics tools to measure the performance of content, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 8. Keep abreast of industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
Education and/or Work :
- Experience Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Content Writing, with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. Strong editorial skills with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross teams.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
