OEM / Key Accounts.Manage the department providing budgets, forecasts and monthly reports.Manage the staff within the Unit for day-to-day matters.Build and deliver the India sales and marketing strategy and activities.To ensure that the overall unit competences meet SKF customers' existing and future needs and that the unit's resources are used in the most effective and efficient wayNegotiate commercial contracts internally and externally.To drive the team to build strong, long-term customer relationships and to fully understand the customers' needs with a machine full life cycles approach.To ensure that all opportunities are identified, properly classified and worked uponTo initiate, drive and participate in events with customers, such as customer days, seminars, trade shows etc and to demonstrate SKF's capabilitiesTo assure customer satisfaction in terms of engineering support through quality, speed, responsiveness and innovationTo develop and maintain a wide international network with the global Railway. To assure the Team knowledge is developed, documented and spread among the community.Ensure profitable growth for the Railway Unit in India.
