- Water Quality Management: Maintain optimal water conditions within the hatchery, including temperature, oxygen levels, and cleanliness, to promote fish health and growth.
- Feeding and Nutrition: Provide appropriate diets and feeding schedules for different fish species at various life stages to support their growth and development.
- Disease Prevention and Treatment: Implement measures to prevent and control diseases, including regular health assessments and administering treatments when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of fish health, growth rates, environmental conditions, and other relevant data for reporting and analysis.
- Facility Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of hatchery equipment, tanks, and systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
